REASONS FOR VOTING RECOMMENDATIONS

All candidates highlighted reflect the Republican Party of a Constitutional Republic of which the USA is founded. This means that THE CONSTITUTION is the law of the land and WE THE PEOPLE and not just popular opinion, which is "a democracy." The Constitution gives us our rights, and a "Democracy" can try to take them away on a whim. The Democrat Party politicians have turned into a "Group Think" mentality that thinks it is the law and above the law: Rules for you, but not for them. AMENDMENT 2: NO

Expands big government and tax revenues go to pay for a new government committee, and only AFTER that does it go to education. We already pay taxes for education. Having an Education system dependendent on these funds falls short especially during recessions or other hardships when gambling revenues are the first to suffer. This is EXACTLY what happened in Nevada in 2008. Bad risk!

AMENDMENT 3: NO

This is a pro-death amendment that allows any medical professional to determine "fetal viability." NO DEFINITION IS GIVEN of what this means, so could also mean late-term and even after-birth abortions. EVIL!

AMENDMENT 5: YES

This provides one extra license for a gambling boat. Free enterprise.

AMENDMENT 6: NO

This would tag on extra fees for those convicted of a crime or agreeing to a plea deal, and the fees would go toward pensions for certain employees of the court system. The pensions should already be managed by a balanced budget and not be requesting more money.

AMENDMENT 7: YES

Clarifies the Missouri Constitution in conjunction with the Missouri State Law requiring that only citizens can vote.

PROPOSITION A: NO

Having government force pay wages is an overreach on a minimum wage that already exists, burdens small businesses, and INCREASES costs leading to lay offs and business closures. Look no further than California for "what can go wrong will go wrong."
